Since allot of players where inquiring about my Ball Hog tee, I wanted to take the opportunity to talk about the origin of the slogan and how to get your ball hog tee.
Because I have always been a student of the game it always amazes me when I come across a players that feel like the game of basketball owes them something. They feel a sense of entitlement because of their past success or accomplishments. One of the things I try to instill in the players I coach is that you have to continue to work hard on every level. What you did in middle school does not equate to success in high school. Just because you average 20 in high school doesn’t guarantee playing time in college. You have to get up everyday and work like you never accomplished anything.
