@CoachGodwin Ep 12: Wall Touch Ball Handling Drill

It is important that you have a purpose every time you work out. This means that every minute is focused on developing some part of your game. To warm-up, I want you to use this wall-touch drill to work on your ball handling and hand eye coordination. This will come in handy when you are trying to protect the ball from a pesky defender.
